This raffle does not guarantee and makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the nature, type, condition, zoning, title, size, location, or suitability of the land being raffled.
The winner will be selected by random drawing on Draw Date.
The drawing will take place Online via Live Broadcast. Participants do not need to be present to win. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to extend the raffle period for any reason, including but not limited to operational or promotional considerations.
Odds of winning are determined by the total number of slots originally available, not tickets sold.
Raffle proceeds will be used for supporting Jewish/Yeshiva education.
